Quaker Oats & Spinach Masala Swirl

Ingredients
½ cup Quaker Oats
¾ cup hot water
1 cup ice cold water
10-12 spinach leaves / ¼ cup blanched spinach
1½ cup low fat yoghurt
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
rock salt to taste
¼ tsp paprika (optional)
salt to taste.
Preparation
Soak Quaker Oats in hot water for 2-3 mins. Mix to form a smooth mixture.
Put the spinach leaves and soaked Quaker Oats in a blender and blend till smooth.
Mix in yoghurt, cold water and spices. Blend for another 30 secs.
Garnish with a dash of paprika and serve immediately.
