Quaker Oats Baked Donuts

⅓ cup powdered Quaker Oats*
⅓ cup Whole Wheat flour
⅓ cup Refined flour (maida)
⅓ cup powdered sugar
125g low fat yogurt (slightly sour)
egg white from 2 eggs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp vanilla flavour
½ tsp baking powder
For Glazing
50 gms chocolate
few colorful sprinkles
Mix flours, Quaker Oats*, baking powder and sift.
Whisk together egg white, curd, oil, sugar & vanilla. Gently add dry ingredients.
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Grease mini ring molds and pour the batter.
Bake for 10 mins. Cool.
For glazing – Dip donuts in melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
*For powdered Quaker Oats, roast Quaker Oats for 2-3 mins.
Cool and grind in a mixer
