Quaker Oats Baked Sev

25g roasted and powdered Quaker Oats*
25g besan
salt to taste
¼ tsp red chilli powder
⅛ tsp black pepper powder
a pinch of hing powder
⅛ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
¼ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp oil
Make a stiff dough by mixing all ingredients with little water.
Fill dough into sev press.
Press strands of sev onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for 7-8 mins at 200°C or till crispy and brown.
Cool and store in air tight jar.
*For powdered Quaker Oats, roast Quaker Oats for 2-3 mins.
Cool and grind in a mixer.
