Quaker Oats Carrot Raita
Quaker Breakfast
2 tbsp roasted & powdered Quaker Oats*
1 cup low fat curd
1 cup grated carrot
¼ tsp mustard seeds
1 whole red chilli (dry)
2-3 finely chopped curry leaves
salt to taste.
Dry roast mustard seeds, red chilli & curry leaves.
Whisk curd till smooth.
Add Quaker Oats, grated carrots and all other ingredients and mix well.
Serve chilled.
*For powdered Quaker Oats, roast Quaker Oats for 2-3 mins.
Cool and grind in a mixer.
