Quaker Oats Chilla

FOR OATS CHILLA
Quaker Oats ground into flour - 1 cup
Gram flour (besan) - ½ cup
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Onion chopped - 1
Tomato chopped - 1
Green chillies chopped - 2
Finely chopped Coriander leaves.
Handful Baby spinach leaves cut into julienne.
Salt to taste.
Water as required.
Ghee/ olive oil.
FOR PIZZA TOPPINGS
Pizza sauce - 1 cup
Cherry tomatoes cut it into thick roundels - 8 to 10
cup hung yoghurt - 1/4th
Few basil leaves are cut into thin julienne.
FOR OATS CHILLA
In a mixing bowl add Quaker Oats flour, besan, ajwain, turmeric & mix well.
Add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves & baby spinach, add water and make a batter of thick but pourable consistency.
Heat a pan and grease it lightly with a few drops of oil/Ghee.
Allow it to turn hot and reduce the flame to medium.
Mix the batter well. Take a ladle of batter and pour it in the centre and spread it to a round chilla.
Drizzle some oil around the edges of the pan.
FOR PIZZA
On the top of the chilla spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce evenly then arrange tomato roundels basil leaves & dollops of hung yoghurt.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 and serve.
