Ingredients
½ cup powdered Quaker Oats*
½ cup semolina/suji
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup low fat curd
salt to taste
½ cup water (approx.)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients with water to make a thick and smooth batter.
Rest for 10 mins.
Pour in idli stands and steam for 10-15 mins.
*For powdered Quaker Oats, roast Quaker Oats for 2-3 mins.
Cool and grind in a mixer.
