Quaker Oats - 1 Cup
Chopped Almond - 1/2 Cup
Chopped Cashew - 1/4th Cup
Deseeded Dates (Medjool) - 1 Cup
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Mixed Seeds (Pumpkin Seeds, Melon Seeds, Flax Seeds, Sunflower Seeds) - 1/4th Cup
Shredded Coconut - 1/4th Cup
Honey - 1 Or 2 Tbsp
Dry roast oats on medium heat till golden colour.
Cool down the oats and nuts to room temperature.
Take all the nuts and chop them roughly.
Dry roast the nuts, mixed seeds, oats one by one and keep aside. Do not roast all ingredients together as they have different roasting time.
Then take all the ingredients in a grinding jar and grind till they become into tiny pieces.
Pour this mixture in a mixing bowl.
Take small portions of this mixture and make ball shaped ladoo using your palms.
