Quaker Breakfast
5 tsp roasted & powdered Quaker Oats*
1 cup low fat yogurt
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp caramelized sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla flavour
Whisk yoghurt with sugar.
Add powdered Quaker Oats* & vanilla flavour.
Chill in refrigerator for 30 mins.
Serve with chopped fruits
*For powdered Quaker Oats, roast Quaker Oats for 2-3 mins.
Cool and grind in a mixer.
