Quaker Oats Noodle Soup

Ingredients
¼ cup Quaker Oats* roasted powdered
1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables
2-3 flakes garlic finely chopped
½ tsp julienned ginger
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
salt, pepper & vinegar to taste
a drop of vegetable oil
100g brown rice / wheat noodles (boiled)
Preparation
Grease a non-stick pan and saute garlic & ginger.
Mix in the vegetables, 3 cups water, sauces & salt and simmer for 12 mins.
Add Quaker Oats dissolved in ½ cup water to the boiling soup.
Cook for 2 mins till soup thickens.
Add pepper, vinegar and boiled noodles. Serve hot.
*For powdered Quaker Oats, roast Quaker Oats for 2-3 mins.
Cool and grind in a mixer.
