25g roasted and powdered Quaker Oats*
50g moong dal
½ tsp coriander/dhania powder
¼ tsp red chilli powder
⅛ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp garam masala
Soak moong dal overnight and grind to a paste.
Add Quaker Oats* powder and all spices to the moong dal paste.
Mix evenly and shape into small nuggets with hand.
Sun dry for 2-3 days till hard.
Use it for curry and rice preparations.
*For powdered Quaker Oats, roast Quaker Oats for 2-3 mins.
Cool and grind in a mixer.
