Quaker Oats Pear Crisp

¾ cups Quaker Oats
5 pears cut into 2’ pcs
sugar to taste
¼ cup, finely chopped almonds
1 tbsp corn flour
¼ cup orange/apple juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Toss pears with cornflour, 1 tbsp sugar and lemon juice.
Mix Quaker Oats with 2 tbsp sugar, almonds and orange/apple juice.
Put the pear mixture in a baking dish and top with Quaker Oats mixture.
Bake for 30 mins till juices are thick and bubbling.
Serve hot or warm.
