small red green yellow bell pepper each chopped - 1
zucchini chopped - ¼ cup
broccoli florets - ¼ cup
Salt & pepper to taste
Dry Oregano - 1 tbsp
Caramelized walnuts - 2 tbsp
Heat a pan, dry roast Quaker Oats for 5 minutes & keep aside.
In another frying pan heat olive oil, add Tomatoes, Garlic, onions and cook for 3 minutes, then add some basil leaves.
Once cooked, add the bell peppers, zucchini & broccoli cook till it blends, then add the mix into the roasted oats base we can sprinkle some water on it to cook on a low flame for 5 minutes. Check the seasoning & serve with caramelized walnuts.
