Quaker Oats Steamed Surprise

1 cup (100g) roasted Quaker Oats
½ cup (50g) semolina (suji) - roasted
salt to taste
2½ cups (500g) low fat curd, approx.
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp turmeric (haldi) powder (optional)
¾ tsp fruit salt
1 carrot - grated
¼ cup chopped capsicum
¼ cup green chutney
Mix roasted semolina and Quaker Oats. Add salt, curd, oregano and turmeric to this mixture
to get a thick batter.
Add fruit salt to the batter and pour in a greased thali to get ½” thick layer.
Sprinkle grated carrot and chopped capsicum over it. Then sprinkle drops of green chutney
with a spoon all over. Pour rest of the batter on top.
Finally top it with remaining grated carrot and capsicum.
Steam for 15-20 mins.
Cut into triangles or square pieces and serve with green chutney.
