1 cup (100g) roasted Quaker Oats
½ cup (50g) semolina (suji) - roasted
salt to taste
2½ cups (500g) low fat curd, approx.
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp turmeric (haldi) powder (optional)
¾ tsp fruit salt
1 carrot - grated
¼ cup chopped capsicum
¼ cup green chutney
Pack Quaker Oats Steamed Surprise with orange slices &
pomegranate pearls.
(Using a cookie cutter cut out tiny flowers from the red cabbage, using
a dab of mayonnaise as glue place the flowers on the steamed pieces
along with coriander leaves.)
