Quaker Oats Subz Kebabs

1 cup (100g) Quaker Oats
4 tbsp almonds
200g yam (jimikand) - chopped (2 cups)
2 potatoes - peeled and each cut into 4 pieces
½ cup (50g) crumbled paneer
1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste
1 onion - very finely chopped (1 cup)
2 green chillies - very finely chopped
2 tbsp very finely chopped fresh coriander
½ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Grind Quaker Oats and almonds together.
Pressure cook and mash chopped yam and potatoes with ½ cup water and salt.
Mix mashed vegetables, Quaker Oats and all other ingredients to make a stiff dough.
Make kebabs and keep in the refrigerator till serving time.
Before serving, grill for 10 mins. Turn and grill for 5 mins
