Ingredients
1 cup (100g) powdered Quaker Oats*
½ tsp mustard seeds (sarson)
1 dry red chilli
2 tbsp split gram dal (chane ki dal)
1 tsp split black beans (urad dal)
10-12 curry leaves - optional
1 onion - chopped finely
1 tomato - chopped
2 cups water, salt to taste
½ cup (50g) corn kernels - boiled or frozen
½ capsicum - chopped finely
juice of 1 lemon
Pack Quaker Oats Upma with cucumber slices & apple wedges.
(Place the upma in a silicon mold and top with a cherry tomato.Soak the
apple slices in salted water and pat dry to prevent them from turning dark.)
